Founded in 1957 in the Hickory Grove neighborhood in East Charlotte, The Grove has grown from a small country church to a church that serves one of the city’s most populated neighborhoods. A Christ-centered neighborhood center for our east-side residents, The Grove is a place where people from all walks of life can participate in a wide variety of programs that serve spiritual, physical, social, creative, and educational needs. We host an array of activities and ministries that take place throughout the week, and we believe that every one of them serves as a holistic and visible expression of the big and loving heart that God has for everyone.
