The COVID-19 pandemic has created many challenges in our community of East Charlotte and throughout the city. If, at any time, you find yourself or your family in need of support or prayer, please email admin@thegrovecharlotte.org and let us know.

Our session has continued to seek guidance and monitor Covid-19 conditions in order to discern how to live together in love during this pandemic. Following the suggestion of Dr. Susan Evans and her colleagues, we have determined that our threshold for shifting our safety protocols is .5% weekly incidence, as long as Mecklenburg County is under that .5% positivity rate, we are a mask optional community.

The Grove will always be a mask optional facility--we will honor and support folks in our community who continue to wear masks for any reason. We will also honor and support folks who choose to set their masks aside. The session will continue to monitor positivity rates and other metrics and consult with local health officials. If the pandemic grows more severe, we will reinstitute appropriate safety protocols.
